Abstract

This article may be considered as a complement part of the chapters of my thesis entitled “ The exchange relationship of knowledge and its impact on the supply chain management performance”, because of the clarity it focusing on. When talking about information and knowledge is not always referring to different whole concepts, sometimes it is considered as one entity other times they are considered as two independent concepts, so this article is to expose the differences and the similarities in the process of construction of those two concepts especially in the environment of Supply Chain management, and the inter-organizational exchange relationships that may connect all the entities using those Information or/and Knowledge.
